General Questions
Q: Where do I send my instruments to get calibrated?
A: Send to below address with a business card and a description of what is wrong with the instrument. (If standard calibration is needed just state “Standard Calibration”)

Q: I only received part of my order. Where’s the rest?
A: Some items get back-ordered either from us or our manufacturers. Your order is still open and when the items come in, we will ship them out. If you want your items to ship all together in one shipment, please state so in the “Comments and Special Instructions” section at checkout.
Q: If I am tax exempt, how do I place my order?
A: Please email us a copy of your tax exempt or resale certificate to info@bwssafetysupply so we can process your order correctly.
Shipping & Returns
Q: How do I make a return?
A: All goods returned must be accompanied by the original invoice and must be in a sellable condition. All returned goods must be received by BWS within 30 days of invoice. Special order items are not returnable. A re-stocking fee may apply. Call customer service (707-546-2484) or email (info@bwssafetysupply) for additional information.
Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: Shipping is based on a calculation between size and weight along with fuel costs. Shipping will be calculated in your shopping cart at checkout. Shipping costs are also increased for items that are oversized, overweight or expedited shipping. Shipping is sent through UPS or LTL freight (pallet orders only).
Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?
A: We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.
